I've been taking Tudca for a while now. It helps cleanse the intestinal system. What I like about this product is that it has a strong dose of tudca and contains a total of 6 other ingredients that support cleansing and detoxing of the system. They are easy to take being the small size capsules and have no bad aftertaste. I experienced no stomach upset or cramping. These are working out very well for me and I think they are worth the cost they are asking for their product.
This has 900mgs of Tudca in 2 capsules which is pretty good for $14-15. The proprietary herbal blend is fine, the mgs for all of the ingredients are pretty low, so you're mostly getting Tudca which is perfect. Tudca is great for helping you digest fatty foods so definitely take this with anything containing fat. So far this has been working out well for me. It hasn't given me any negative side effects and you can tell it definitely contains Tudca. I've been able to eat what I want as long as I take it while eating. Good brand, glad I ordered it.

No side effects so far, and it appears to be well-tolerated.
