These Mood Boost strips are so great if you are like me and have a stressful work environment. I have been using these when I know I have to work in challenging circumstances and it really has helped me get through my shift. I feel calm, focused and I do not feel like I could fall asleep standing when using the else strips. Fast acting, Sugar Free, Natural Ingredients, Non-GMO and produced under Good Manufacturing Practices, these are a great find and an incredible value that are an amazing convenience.

This product is free of; Gluten, Dairy, Eggs, Fish, Shellfish, Peanuts and tree nuts but it does contain Xylitol which is harmful to pets so please keep this secured and away from animals. The packaging does suggest that individuala that take anti depressants or any medications that effect the serotonin levels should not take this and should consult a healthcare professional before taking this.

I keep one of these in my work bag because some afternoons at HQ feel nonstop and mentally noisy. One day after a really irritating chain of calls and emails, I sat in my car for a minute before driving home and used one. The thin strip melted pretty quickly and the strawberry peach flavor reminded me of those old fruit snacks from childhood, just less sugary. I noticed I stopped replaying the same annoying conversation in my head over and over. Later that night I was still awake finishing random chores around the house, but my mood felt more steady instead of tense and grumpy. I also liked that it did not leave any weird chalky texture in my mouth.

Great little pick me ups! Love the easy to dissolve strip and they really feel effective. Great flavor too!

I picked these up because I wanted something for those stressful days where I feel mentally overloaded but didn’t want another pill or something that would make me feel sleepy. I liked the idea of a quick dissolving strip, so I figured I’d give them a try.

I’ve been using them on and off for about a couple of weeks, and I actually like the convenience a lot. The strips dissolve pretty quickly and are easy to keep in a bag or pocket. The strawberry peach flavor is decent too—slightly sweet without tasting overly artificial.

As far as effects go, I wouldn’t describe it as some huge “instant mood change,” but I noticed more of a subtle calming effect. On busier days I felt a little less mentally scattered and more relaxed without feeling drowsy. It’s more of a steady, take-the-edge-off feeling rather than something that hits you all at once.

I also like that it includes ingredients like L-theanine and magnesium instead of relying on caffeine or anything intense. The sugar-free part is a nice bonus too.

The only downside for me is that results seem to vary depending on the day. Sometimes I noticed the effect more than other times, and if you’re expecting a dramatic mood boost immediately, you might be disappointed. For me it felt more like extra support during stressful moments rather than a magic fix.

Overall, I’d buy them again. They’re convenient, taste pretty good, and seem useful for those days when you want a little help staying calm and focused.

I especially appreciate how quick they dissolve and are boxed in a very easy open slide package, which makes it convenient on the go!! I feel getting 20 for the price is a pretty good deal.

First, these aren't what I would consider inexpensive, so that plays a role in my review.
I do like the ingredients, and having them as easy to take as a dissolvable strip earns high points for convenience. The tase is pretty tart, which is fine for me, but keep that in mind.
Where the product shines is by far convenience. Anyone taking supplements is going to experience things differently based on a variety of factors, so I'm careful to avoid saying things like "it totally works!" so your mileage may vary. If you do your research on the individual ingredients, you'll find that they're generally good things, but I'd suggest you do your research and discuss with your clinician, since I have noticed you should not be using this product if you're using a medication that affects your serotonin.

These Mihiyo mood boost strips are easy to use — they dissolve in about 5 seconds on the tongue, taste fine, and the individual wrapping keeps every strip intact. My main gripes are practical: the packaging feels like overkill for the product inside, and at 2 strips a day the 20-pack lasts about 10 days. The effect is subtle — this is a gentle, low-dose formula rather than something you'll dramatically feel, so set expectations accordingly. The individual strip packaging probably does help preserve freshness and bioavailability, which is why I land at three stars.

These are yummy and although they aren't for breath repair, they will get that coffee feeling out of your mouth.
I Like: The flavor and that the strips don't make you talk funny. you can put individual ones wrapped in your pocket and they don't get ruined.
Dislike: So much packing for these little things. Both the full box and individually. Seems wasteful.

I’m so glad I found this product. So clever to put it into a strip. I have trouble digesting pills & liquids usually taste horrid. These don’t taste bad, actually a pleasant fruity taste. My husband keeps taking them from me because he swears they work immediately. Told him it’s only 2 strips a day! I enjoy them as well as they give me a little pick me up in the afternoon when the morning caffeine is wearing out. Plus the fact they come in convenient little packs that you can carry with you is fantastic. No messy bottles or bottles of pills to carry around. Looking into other products like this for other effects.

Ive been trying these mood boost strips for 3 days straight. Dose is 2 strips daily. If you use them daily, there are 10 servings.
I havent noticed anything different. I dont feel less anxiety than days before. I dont sleep differently. Im not more focused than before. I took them in the afternoon. They didn't make me feel drowsy, which Im gratful for.
I was hoping these strips would help me feel less stress and maybe, more focused. So, instead of moving on to something else before my first task is complete, I might be able to get something done. They just dont have an effect on me. But everyone is different.
That said, the packaging is good. The strips have been dry upon opening. They are sweet. They feel like I am putting sweet plastic in my mouth for a few seconds. They stick to the roof of my mouth for some seconds, until the strip dissolves more. Probably because the roof of my mouth is drier than my tongue.
I suggest drinking some water before taking the supplement, so you are hydrated, and your mouth isn't dry.
My daughter tried them and likes the idea of these strip's supplements entering the blood stream more efficiently (vs a pill). She noticed feeling a little more "chill" less than an hour after taking two strips but said it wasn't a big, noticable change.
I'd say they would work for some people. It depends on your chemistry.

I’ve used it a couple of times now around an hour or so before bed and so far so good- helps with mood relaxation and sleep (keep in mind though that it’s really mild same with most products like this it’s not gonna knock your socks off and sometimes can even take a little bit to build up and do something but it definitely helps a little bit plus everyone reacts differently to things), the taste isn’t the greatest but it isn’t really unpleasant either and even if you end up not liking it they dissolve so quickly and don’t leave a residual taste behind so it’s not an issue for very long, not important but I think the design and color theme is pretty, I use them at night before bed but they’d probably work well during the day too especially if you’re a really energetic person (just depends on your body and what you’re wanting from it) plus them being travel sized is really convenient, isn’t the cheapest but isn’t the most expensive either seems to be pretty on parr with other similar quality items (they cost around 20 at the time of me writing this and come with 20 so each one is around 1 a piece give or take), and all in all I recommend it 🙂

My only con (not bad enough to take off a star just a recommendation) is that I wish the packaging was more eco friendly and didn’t create as much waste (the way they’re packaged is convenient but wasteful each one is in a plastic sleeve, held in a cardboard holder, and then put into a cardboard sleeve) some waste is gonna be created but I feel like there’s a more eco friendly way to do it.

The only reason I’m giving this product 4 stars instead of 5 is because there is only 20 strips in a pack and since the recommended dose is 2 strips per day, that’s only 10 days worth of strips; so the ratio could possibly use a little tweaking to increase the convenience and value. Then again it could also be a good thing for some people who just want to try a small amount before buying a large package. But then again they may not notice the full potential in only 10 days. Aside from that, I love this product! I already have experience taking L-theanine, vitamin B and 5-HTP in vitamin form; so it was a no brainer to try these strips with all 3 combined. I’ve always hated swallowing vitamins or pills of any kind (because they tend to get stuck in my throat) and these strips are such a better more convenient and tastier method! My psychiatrist is actually the one who initially recommended I take the 5HTP and L-theanine in tandem with other medication, but I had also read about it all over social media as well with a lot of people vouching for their effectiveness with mood enhancing and calming anxiety etc. The box warms not to use with antidepressants , but as I said; my psychiatrist actually recommended that I take them in addition to my antidepressants. So I wouldn’t worry about that as long as your doctor is fine with it. So far today is the first time I’ve tried these, but I was exhausted and not feeling up to snuff and I truly felt like these gave me a big boost of energy not long at all after taking the first one. I will try to remember to update this review after I’ve taken them for awhile. I also plan to get these strips for a couple other people in my family who want to try natural mood enhancers but have never tried them before, so it should be interesting to see what their reaction is. I was surprised at how good the strips taste! Upon taking the first one, I saw that the box says strawberry flavored; but to me it tastes just like Peaches. As I was writing this review I looked at the box closer and discovered it does have peach flavoring as well, so that explains it! They instantly stuck to the roof of my mouth and melted within seconds into just a peach aftertaste on my tongue.

This is a decent supplement to unwind at the end of the day before going to sleep. The taste is subtle and you wouldn't mind too much since it desolves in your mouth quite fast. It directly moves into your blood stream for better absorption and works faster. It is quite similar to sublingual method of taking medicine but supplement. Overall, It works fast to relax your body for better recovery. Solid 4 stars.
