The good news is that these energy stops do not give you a "buzz" as soon as you dissolve them which has happened to me with some energy products. While these energy strips do have an excellent ratio of vitamin B12, the caffeine content is extremely low. They have approximately 10% of caffeine compared to a cup of coffee, so with the B12 you will get a much more gradual, rather small, feeling of energy. Personally, it really doesn't give me much of a boost, which is what I was looking for.
I am pretty pleased with the quality and functionality of these oral strips. I typically take mine during my work day after lunch right when I need another boost and they work relatively quickly for me. The strips are kind of thick in texture and do take a second to dissolve completely but they do the trick. The peppermint flavor is a little dull but that isn't necessarily a deal breaker for me as long as they work. Overall I'm happy with these strips, the way they get me through my second half of my work day, their lack of mess, and in general decent quality.

There are 20 individually wrapped mouth strips that tend to have a Minty taste. They dissolve pretty quickly.
The caffeine content is intentionally minimal — about one tenth of what you'd get in an energy drink or a cup of coffee — so treat these as a gentle nudge rather than a jolt. I like the B12, and the potency seems right; the B6 is moderate. Interesting packaging: easy to open, and inside is a thin clear strip that looks almost like a piece of tape. Put it on your tongue and it dissolves in seconds. The sweetener is the kind found in sugarless gum and unlikely to cause any issues at this dosage. For me it sits in the middle — clean concept and pleasant to take, though I'd love to see more details about sourcing and testing on the label.
This 20-pack of energy strips tastes pleasant, dissolves rapidly in my mouth, and gives me a little extra caffeine for my gym routine. One thing to plan for: the serving size says 1 strip but the suggested use is 2 strips daily, so a 20-pack works out to about 10 days. See my photos for more details of the strips and the directions, which are super simple. The strip sticks to the roof of my mouth for anywhere from 30-45 seconds as it dissolves. I do notice a bit of a caffeine kick when I take the 2 strips daily.
These energy strips are individually wrapped and are packaged in a box similar to the size of a half of a deck of playing cards. The storage box is nice and keeps the strips contained, while also allowing visibility, so one doesn't need to dig around for it. The strips are a little thick and reminded me of the old school film roll thickness. It dissolves quickly and leaves a minty taste. Wanted to taste it first, so only consumed one. After 5 minutes, it didn't feel like anything more than a breath strip, so took the second strip. The instructions do say dissolve 2 strips. It wasn't an immediate jolt to the system, more like a slow blossoming flower feeling, very gradual. To ensure it wasn't a self-fulfilling prophecy, had someone else try it. They were already groggy but needed to stay up for exams, so gave them a few strips. Within the hour, they were wide awake and ready to ace exams (which they did). Definitely recommend using 2 at a time. The taste isn't extremely minty, or invigoratingly minty, or the minty that wakes you up immediately, but it's a faint mint that works.
